This includes research, jobs-to-be-done, writing acceptance criteria, and working closely with design, data, development, QA, and DevOps teams. - Marketing: I help products find the right audience. This includes defining ICP, shaping positioning, supporting digital marketing, and building content for sales, customer success, and growth teams to turn interest into revenue and adoption. ## Agents - products, 0→1 ### Genie.AI - AI sales-execution layer [BUILT] Links: [GitHub](https://github.com/OSharketza/salesagent) What: Genie.AI is a multi-agent sales execution layer for lead research, enrichment, ICP scoring, prioritisation, and CRM-ready outreach preparation. It sits between sales intent and sales action, helping reps move from "who should I talk to?" to "why this account, why now, and what should I say?" Why: Sales reps were spending too much time researching each prospect before they could understand what to pitch, why the account mattered, and how to approach the decision-maker. The work included company research, market context, LinkedIn signals, website review, hiring signals, ICP fit, and mapping the prospect's needs to the product offering. JTBD: "Help my reps understand the right accounts quickly, prioritise them with context, and prepare outreach without giving up final judgment." How: The key challenge was not just automation. It was trust. Sales leaders did not want an agent simply correlating leads against ICP rules and pushing recommendations without context. Genie needed to behave more like a market intelligence researcher: gathering signals, enriching accounts, prioritising based on fit, and preparing the rep with useful context. I designed it around a clear principle: automate structured research and best effort, not authority. Genie handles deep research, enrichment, scoring, prioritisation, and execution prep. Humans keep final judgment, tone, approval, and relationship ownership. Results: ~30 min saved per prospect · 20+ hrs/week back per rep · 50% of low-fit leads filtered before outreach · 2× demo rate · $300K+ influenced pipeline. Why: The original content process was slow and dependent on heavy SME involvement. Single-model AI drafts helped with speed, but the output often felt generic. It produced coherent content, but not differentiated thinking. JTBD: "Create competitor-aware content at volume without losing SME judgment, differentiation, or brand safety." How: I split the workflow into four specialized agents: Strategist, Ideator, Writer, and Validator. Each agent had a clear job, which made the system better at finding angles, challenging assumptions, and reducing weak content. The most important design choice was the Validator. Instead of treating AI output as final, I made the Validator adversarial: challenge claims, identify overstatements, flag weak competitor data, and prevent unsafe or shallow content from moving forward. The workflow connects to the website CMS, uses model-tier routing to control cost, and uses low-confidence flags to prevent fabricated insights when competitor data is thin. Results: 70% faster production · sharper, competitor-aware quality · brand safety held by human final approval. Why: Project status was previously scattered across calls, messages, documents, and individual team members. Leadership did not have a reliable view of progress, and delivery teams resisted central updates because it felt like monitoring instead of support. The real product problem was not just visibility. It was adoption. JTBD: Leadership - "give me a reliable view of progress." Delivery teams - "reduce repeated status pings without turning updates into surveillance." Sales and GTM teams - "show what is ready, blocked, or launchable." How: I reframed the dashboard as a way to reduce repeated status pings. Instead of saying "update the tool," the message became: this stops you from being asked the same status question ten times a week. For two weeks, every status request was redirected to the dashboard. By week three, teams started updating proactively because they felt the reduction in interruptions. I built a role-based internal portal for CXO, VP, PM, Sales, and CSM teams, powered by a shared structured data layer, with a chatbot grounded in project data for questions about progress, blockers, launch status, and sales readiness. Results: ~80% fewer status emails and pings · full portfolio visibility · the grounded RAG chatbot became the fastest way to an answer. Why: The business was being run through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and manual coordination. There was no single system of record, hospital onboarding was slow, patient requests were hard to manage, and the business could not scale cleanly across cities. The platform had two very different user groups: hospitals and homecare patients. Hospitals needed structured workflows, catalogue visibility, referral processes, and operational reliability. Patients and caregivers needed a simple, low-friction way to access medical equipment quickly. JTBD: Hospitals - "refer patients to reliable equipment leasing without operational overhead." Patients and caregivers - "access medical equipment quickly with minimum friction." Internal teams - "run this from a system of record, not scattered manual channels." How: As Deputy PM, I worked across discovery, product planning, prototyping, delivery, and partner onboarding. I ran 30+ JTBD interviews with hospital heads, HODs, nurses, lab technicians, admin teams, and end users. The key product decision was to phase the rollout. Instead of trying to solve B2B and B2C at once, we shipped the hospital-facing portal first, proved the referral and catalogue model, and then prepared the path toward patient-facing expansion. I helped structure the hospital portal, equipment catalogue workflows, dual-login model, and three-way referral agreements. Results: 2 hospital partners onboarded · time-to-first-rental down 30% · lead generation up 50% across 3 cities in 6 months.
